These Terms govern your access to and use of the Attar Dukan website, mobile application, marketplace, products and related services. Please read them carefully before using the Platform or placing an order.
Attar Dukan is a brand and e-commerce platform operated by Umekart Internet Private Limited. References in these Terms to “Attar Dukan”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to the Platform/operator as applicable.
These Terms apply to use of https://www.attardukan.com, the Attar Dukan mobile application and related digital services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, registering on, browsing, purchasing from or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.
These Terms are made available electronically. Your use of electronic records, online checkout, digital acceptance or other electronic actions may constitute acceptance where permitted under applicable law.
An order placed through the Platform constitutes your request to purchase the selected product(s). Acceptance of an order is subject to availability, verification, payment status and other applicable checks.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under applicable law to independently use the Platform for purchases.
Where a minor uses the Platform, such use should take place with the involvement and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian where required.
When creating or using an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
- Keep your registered mobile number and email address updated.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Do not knowingly allow unauthorised persons to use your account.
- Notify us if you reasonably suspect unauthorised account access.
Attar Dukan may sell certain products directly and may also facilitate transactions involving participating sellers.
Where a third-party seller offers a product, relevant seller, pricing, fulfilment and other information may be displayed on the Platform as applicable.
Product availability, pricing, delivery timelines and seller participation may vary from time to time.
We aim to display product titles, descriptions, images, prices and other information as accurately as reasonably possible.
Minor differences may occur in packaging, colour representation, manufacturer design, labels or appearance because of screen settings, packaging updates or manufacturer changes.
For fragrances, individual perception of scent, projection, intensity and longevity may differ between customers and environments.
Product prices, MRP, discounts and applicable charges are displayed on the Platform based on the information applicable at that time.
Prices and offers may change without prior notice before an order is successfully placed.
The final payable amount, including applicable product value, discounts, delivery charges, COD charges, taxes or other disclosed charges, will be shown during checkout.
Attar Dukan may offer coupons, discounts, prepaid payment benefits, Scratch & Win rewards or other promotional programmes.
Each promotion may have separate eligibility conditions, minimum order value, maximum benefit, validity period, permitted payment methods or other limitations.
Promotional benefits may not be transferable or redeemable for cash unless specifically stated.
Benefits obtained through fraud, system manipulation, duplicate accounts or other misuse may be withdrawn or adjusted subject to applicable law.
Payment methods available for a particular order will be shown during checkout and may include eligible online payment methods and Cash on Delivery where available.
Online payments may be processed through supported third-party payment service providers and banking/payment systems.
A payment may fail, remain pending or be declined due to the customer’s bank, payment provider, transaction limits, authentication failure, network issues or other circumstances outside the direct control of the Platform.

Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be available only for eligible products, customers, order values and delivery locations.
An applicable COD handling charge may be displayed during checkout. Eligible prepaid orders may receive promotional benefits, including waiver of the COD charge, subject to the applicable offer.
COD availability may be restricted where reasonably necessary because of operational, logistics, risk or misuse considerations.
Placing an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. An order may be cancelled or not accepted where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Product becoming unavailable.
- Payment failure or unsuccessful verification.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- Obvious pricing or technical errors.
- Fraud or misuse concerns.
- Seller or fulfilment inability.
- Delivery restrictions or other operational reasons.
Where an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, applicable refund processing will follow the relevant refund policy.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may vary depending on seller location, destination PIN code, courier capacity, holidays, weather, operational conditions or other factors.
Tracking information may be provided where supported by the applicable logistics service.

Attar Dukan primarily sells attars, perfumes, cosmetics and other personal-use products. Such products may be subject to limited-return conditions because of hygiene, safety, sealing and product-integrity considerations.
Eligible claims may include wrong items, verified transit damage, leakage, broken products or missing items.
Fragrance preference, change of mind or dissatisfaction based solely on scent perception does not ordinarily qualify as a defect.

Customers may be permitted to submit ratings, reviews, questions, photographs, videos or other content through supported Platform features.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not unlawfully violate the rights of another person.
User content must not:
- Contain unlawful, threatening, abusive or discriminatory material.
- Contain obscene or sexually explicit material.
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Contain malicious links, malware or harmful code.
- Impersonate another person.
- Be knowingly false, fraudulent or misleading.
- Contain unrelated advertising or spam.
We may moderate, restrict or remove content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to legal requirements or protect users and the Platform.
You must not use the Platform in a manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or interferes with the legitimate use of the Platform by others.
Prohibited activity includes attempting to:
- Gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful software.
- Manipulate prices, promotions, rewards, reviews or transactions.
- Use false identities or impersonate another person.
- Place fraudulent or deliberately abusive orders.
- Misuse COD, refund, return or promotional systems.
- Scrape or copy Platform data unlawfully.
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Use the Platform to conduct unlawful activity.
We may reasonably restrict, suspend or terminate access to certain Platform features where necessary to address:
- Fraud or suspected misuse.
- Serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
- Security risks.
- Unauthorised access.
- Abuse of returns, refunds, promotions or COD services.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
Any action will be subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the relevant matter.
The Attar Dukan name, Platform design, original website content, graphics, software, branding and other protected materials may be owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder.
Product names, logos and trademarks belonging to third-party manufacturers or brands remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing on the Platform grants a user permission to copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected content except where expressly authorised or permitted by law.
The Platform may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment providers, logistics partners or external websites.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies and operational rules.
Attar Dukan is not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent they operate outside our control, subject always to rights and responsibilities imposed by applicable law.
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
Customers should protect account credentials and never disclose OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, banking passwords or similar authentication credentials to persons claiming to represent Attar Dukan.

We aim to keep the Platform available and functioning, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, network failures, third-party services or other circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, Attar Dukan will not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, unauthorised use caused by a user's failure to safeguard credentials, or independent third-party systems beyond its control.
Any liability will be assessed according to applicable law, the facts of the transaction and the respective responsibilities of the parties involved.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for using the Platform lawfully.
Where loss or damage results from fraudulent, unlawful or intentional misuse of the Platform by a user, the relevant user may be responsible to the extent permitted by law.
If you have a concern relating to an order, seller, payment, refund, Platform content, privacy matter or other service, please contact our support team.
Please provide sufficient information such as your order number, registered contact details and a description of the issue so that it can be reviewed.
These Terms are intended to operate together with applicable consumer-protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict or remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the applicable legal requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
These Terms and use of the Platform are governed by the laws applicable in India.
Any dispute will remain subject to the rights and forums available to consumers and other parties under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in Platform features, business operations, policies, legal requirements or regulatory developments.
Updated Terms may be published on this page. Where required, additional notice may be provided.
Transactions already completed remain subject to the terms, policies and applicable law relevant to that transaction.
