How to Buy on Attar Dukan
Shopping on Attar Dukan is simple. Create your account, choose your products, confirm the delivery address, select an available payment method and place your order securely.
You can shop through the Attar Dukan website or supported mobile application. An account is required before completing an order.
You can access the official Attar Dukan app through its Google Play listing.
To create or access your account:
- Open Attar Dukan on the website or mobile application.
- Select the Login / Register option.
- Enter your mobile number or other requested account information.
- Complete OTP or other verification where required.
- Provide the profile and delivery information requested by the Platform.
Depending on the available account features, you may later update eligible profile or address information from your account.
Browse categories, brands, offers or search for the product you want.
Review product information, price, availability and delivery details.
Add your chosen product and review the cart before checkout.
Confirm address, payment method and final payable amount.
During checkout, select an existing eligible address or provide the delivery details required by the Platform.
Please ensure that the following information is accurate:
- Recipient name
- Mobile/contact number
- House, street and locality details
- Landmark, where useful
- City / district / state
- Correct PIN code
If you want the order delivered to another location, select or enter the appropriate shipping address during checkout.
Product availability may vary depending on seller inventory and fulfilment status.

The product may be ordered but may require additional seller processing or procurement time.

The product is currently unavailable for purchase. Where a notification feature is available, you may use it to receive a stock update.

The product is not currently available to order but may return to stock later.
Attar Dukan may offer products directly and may also facilitate products offered by participating sellers.
Product availability, seller location, processing time, delivery estimate and certain fulfilment conditions may therefore differ from one product to another.
The payment methods available for your order will be displayed during checkout.
Cards
Eligible credit or debit cards supported by the payment system may be available.
UPI / Online Payment
Supported online payment methods may be shown at checkout.
Banking Options
Supported banking/payment options may be available through the payment provider.
Cash on Delivery
COD may be available for eligible products, locations and orders.
Eligible prepaid orders may qualify for Pay Online & Save More benefits.
Depending on the active campaign, benefits may include:
- Waiver of the applicable COD charge.
- Additional online-payment discount starting from 2%.
- Eligible Scratch & Win promotional reward after successful payment.
The applicable discount, reward and offer conditions will be displayed according to the active promotion.
Where an eligible coupon or promotional code is available, enter it in the applicable coupon/discount field during the cart or checkout process.
Coupon validity may depend on:

- Maximum discount amount
Some promotions may not be combined with other offers. The final eligible discount will be shown before order confirmation.

After successful order placement, the order should appear in the relevant account/order section.
Transactional updates may also be communicated through available notification channels such as email or SMS.
If an online payment is debited but the payment confirmation is not received, the order/payment status may remain pending until confirmation or reconciliation is received from the relevant payment system.
Once the order is processed or shipped, available status and tracking information may be shown in the My Orders section.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on seller, fulfilment location, PIN code and courier availability.
An order may be cancelled only while it remains eligible for cancellation.
Once an order has progressed into packing, dispatch or delivery, cancellation may no longer be available.
Eligible prepaid cancellations are refunded according to the applicable refund process.
Product availability, seller information, delivery timelines, payment methods, COD availability and promotional benefits may change from time to time. The information displayed on the product, cart and checkout pages at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
