Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden charge will be added without disclosure. The total amount payable before placing your order will show the applicable product value and any other charges such as delivery charges, COD charges, taxes or other applicable fees, wherever relevant.

Is it safe to make an online payment on Attar Dukan?

Online payments are processed using supported payment providers and payment systems available on the platform. Sensitive payment authentication is handled through the applicable banking or payment infrastructure.

Customers should never share their OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or banking password with any person, including anyone claiming to represent Attar Dukan.

Does Attar Dukan store my complete card details?

Attar Dukan should not require customers to provide complete card credentials outside the authorised payment process. Card information and authentication are handled according to applicable payment-provider and regulatory requirements.

Where tokenised or saved-payment functionality is made available, it will be subject to the applicable payment-system rules and customer consent.

What happens if my payment fails but money is deducted?

In some cases, a bank or payment provider may temporarily debit or block an amount even when Attar Dukan has not received a successful payment confirmation.

The transaction status will depend on confirmation from the relevant bank/payment provider. If the order remains unpaid, the amount is generally reversed or handled according to the applicable bank or payment-provider process.

If you need assistance, contact Attar Dukan support with your order or transaction reference. Do not share OTPs, PINs or passwords.

Can I pay through my mobile phone?

Yes. You may use payment options made available through the Attar Dukan website or supported application on your mobile device, subject to availability from your bank and payment provider.

Can available payment methods change?

Yes. Payment methods may vary depending on the order, product, seller, delivery location, transaction value, technical availability and payment-service provider.

The options displayed at checkout at the time of purchase are the payment methods currently available for that order.

Can an online-payment discount be combined with another offer?

Offer combinations depend on the applicable campaign. Some discounts or coupons may be combined while others may not. The final eligible discount and payable amount will be displayed at checkout before payment.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery allows eligible customers to place an order without making full payment online in advance. Payment is collected at or in connection with delivery, according to the method supported by the courier or delivery partner.

COD is available only for eligible products, orders and PIN codes.

Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery?

A COD handling charge may apply to eligible Cash on Delivery orders.

The applicable amount will be displayed during checkout before you place the order.

Customers choosing an eligible prepaid payment method can avoid the applicable COD charge and may also qualify for an additional online-payment discount.

How do I place a COD order?

Add eligible product(s) to your cart.
Proceed to checkout.
Enter or confirm your delivery address.
Select Cash on Delivery if it is available for the order.
Review all applicable charges before confirming the order.

Why is COD not available for my order?

COD availability may depend on factors such as product eligibility, seller, order value, delivery PIN code, courier availability, previous transaction history or operational/risk controls.

If COD is unavailable, please choose one of the online-payment options displayed at checkout.

📋 Cash on Delivery Terms

COD is available only for eligible orders and delivery locations.
The applicable COD charge, if any, will be displayed before the order is confirmed.
The maximum COD order value may be restricted according to Attar Dukan's current operational or risk policy.
Certain products, sellers, offers or order types may not be eligible for COD.
Gift cards, promotional credits or other payment instruments may be subject to separate COD restrictions.
The delivery partner may support cash or another permitted collection method depending on the service available at delivery.
Repeated refusal, non-acceptance, suspicious activity or misuse of COD may result in COD being restricted for future orders.

How will I receive a refund?

Refunds for eligible cancelled or returned orders are processed according to the applicable Return & Refund Policy and the original or supported refund method.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank and transaction type.

What happens to discounts or rewards after cancellation or refund?

Promotional discounts, coupons, prepaid benefits or Scratch & Win rewards linked to a cancelled, returned or refunded order may be reversed, adjusted or cancelled according to the applicable offer Terms & Conditions.

Can I request a chargeback from my bank?

Chargeback or payment-dispute rights, where available, depend on the payment method, issuing bank, card network or payment provider.

We recommend contacting Attar Dukan customer support first if you believe there is an incorrect or disputed transaction so that the matter can be reviewed promptly.
